30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@globselect.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.
- Approval & Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with our official US Return Center address and an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item (unless the item arrived defective).
- Provide Tracking: You must email us the return tracking number to ensure a smooth refund process.
Refunds & Defective Items
Once your return is received and inspected at our US facility, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
