Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and must be in the original packaging.
You have to ship the product back to us and once we receive your return, they are processed within 5 business days.
Globselect will cover return shipping fees for quality issues. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@globselect.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
How to return
Please open a return ticket by sending email to contact@globselect.com. We will handle your request and provide you the mailing address.
Refund
If you choose to return , we will refund you within 5 business days after the return package is received.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges, and you should return the item and make a new order if you want to exchange.
